NAPPS held a board meeting right in New Jersey’s backyard last Saturday, August 8th in Philadelphia.
Of the approximately 30 people who attended, 6 were from the New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association.
The NAPPS board discussed a number of issues at the meeting, including Colorado’s introduction of legislation relating to access to gated communities, immunity from trespass and registration of process servers. Reports were also given by the chair heads of each committee.
